  • Learn the Skills You've Been Missing

    Let's resolve the “I don’t know how to do it” of it all. You will get all the technical skills you need to safely and sexily bring your fantasies to life. 

  • Playful Problem Solving

    When everyone is GGG, we can always find a way. Together we’ll find a way to achieve the heart of the fantasy while deeply respecting everyone’s boundaries. 

  • A Fantasy Dress Rehearsal

    Trying out new fantasies will always bring hiccups. From technical difficulties to surprise emotional responses, we’ll troubleshoot it all in the Dress Rehearsal. 

  • Debrief and Integration

    After your Dress Rehearsal, we'll send you off to live your fantasy in private. Then we'll have space to debrief, integrate, and plan for what's next.

The Playdate Process

  • Take Up a Fantasy

    Each Playdate is designed around a fantasy that someone in your partnership desires to bring into reality. We'll create a safe environment to share the scariest, juiciest parts.

  • Work with Parts

    Let's face it, if this wasn't a little complicated, you'd be doing it already. We use parts work to identify all the trouble spots that come up, take their concerns seriously, and find a way to lovingly move forward.

  • Run a Dress Rehearsal

    Once everyone is on board, it's time to get it in your bodies and do a supported trial run. We need a reason to believe it's safe and okay. Experiences are what teaches our body that it's just that.

  • Aftercare & Integration

    Aftercare is such an important way for us to re-regulate after we stretch into new places. We’ll focus on your needs so you can be tenderly cared for after the Dress Rehearsal, and so that you know how to support each other moving forward.

What’s Included?

  • Once we receive your questionnaire, we'll reach out to you to schedule a consultation. We'll meet you and your partner(s) and dig in to your specific context to feel into whether working together is a good fit. If you want to hire us for a Playdate, we'll target a fantasy and get an idea of what parts are at play for each of you that may have made it challenging to "go there."

  • You'll come hang out with us at Lauren's sacred dungeon space. We'll do a thorough negotiation, give love to any shamed or nervous parts, and then you'll do your fantasy Dress Rehearsal with everything but the sex. We'll be right there to revel in the hotness, troubleshoot anything that comes up, and set you up with your sexy next steps at home.

  • This call is designed to help you resolve any unexpected feelings and make sense of any new information that comes out of your Playdate. We'll help you chart the path for what's next as you deepen your sexual intimacy together!
